Sealing robot for insulating rectangular glass units with two or three glasses, using sealants of one or two components.

Main feature of the machine: the glass panel does not move, while the robot is sealing, it's moving around the glass panel, through a mobile bridge and a mobile working head.

While the first two sides are sealed, the panel is supported by conveyor rollers and by the rear section cups; while the other two side is sealed, instead of the conveyor rollers which disappear automatically, the panel is supported by both the rear suction cups and the front suction cups of the glass height bar. In this way it is possible to get a perfect sealing, without risk ok breaking the panels and keeping the machine always clean.

Industrial PLC, programmed with particular software, that controls the whole line, drives all movements, checks all functions, optimizes working phases and conspumptions (to guarantee energy saving) according to glass panels that are worked.

Auto-diagnostic system, that alerts if there is a trouble and shows precise position of breakage, so troubleshooting is easy and fast.

Machine measures automatically the thickness of the first glass and the interspace. Consequently the glass height bar with front suction cups, the bridge, the sealing head and the center of the nozzle are positioned.

Filling operation are carried out in a costant and rational way: machines measures the sealing cavity and operates in right way.

In order to seal three glass panels, customized nozzles are available, according to the needs of the customer; nozzles changes are simple and quick; due to this system and to the high capacity pressure pump, it is possible to complete the operations of sealing in only one working cycle.
