FEATURES AND TECHNICAL DETAILS:

• Reference bar section, for spacer frame positioning, with two bars (one vertical and one horizontal), with specific roll bearings, that help worker to position spacer frame, giving to him fixed reference points where put spacer frame; in this way spacer frame positioning is very fast and exact; device to adjust distance between glass edge and spacer frame edge, from 0 to 10 mm on vertical and horizontal side, through regulation of the bars (vertical and horizontal).
• Automatic coupling system that takes the first glass sheet through cushion of air and suction cups (this device keeps clean the internal
side of the glass sheet that will be coupled with the second glass sheet, to have a product of excellent quality).
• Glass sheets are pressed inside the motorized panel press; this section is made of two panels, one behind fixed and one front mobile;
mobile frame goes forward and back through screw, belt system with teeth, rails and sliding block, driving with a BRUSHLESS motor.
• Device for double/triple glazing panels with any thickness.
• Device for structural glazing, with automatic checking and adjustement for sizes from 0 to 100 mm on both sides of glass, horizontal and vertical, (OPTIONAL) worker sets required values then machine make operation automatically through motors system, bearings for glass moving and encoder to control glass moving.

• Tilting table at the exit of press section, tilting system works through cylinder and oleodinamic movement.
