A plc optimizes the scanning of the different filling stations to optimize filling time.

SPACERS CUTTER WITH AUTOMATIC (SEMIAUTOMATIC) POSITIONING

Spacers cutter with automatic positioning.
The machine is painted iron.
Operator sets the needed size, presses enter and this way positioning is automatic, after this, he places the spacers on the corresponding mark, presses the pedal and saw starts automatically.
Machine is equipped with a big vice by which it is possible to cut several spacers.
