OPERATING:
First glass, after washing and drying, comes to acceleration
conveyor and then to squaring table, here glass panel is automatically
ranged to two reference points on the corner of the glass (zero position);
then it is picked by aerial conveyor, through suction cup system, and
transferred on second table, in assembling zone. Second glass, after
washing and drying, comes to squaring table, then it is ranged to reference
points (zero position); after PVB laying on first panel and the start
given by the worker, second glass is transferred on assembling table
and it is coupled with the first glass along the same axis. Lamination
of three or more glass sheets in the same glass sandwich (multilayer
lamination).
FEATURES AND TECHNICAL DETAILS:
- Acceleration and deceleration zone, with double motorization (two
motoreducers and inverters) to increase productivity; at the washer
exit, glass sheet change speed and accelerate to squaring zone (through
syncronization and specific photocells).
- Automatic squaring, picking and coupling of the glass, with accuracy
up to a tenth of a millimetre, thanks to the mechanical stroke,
which stops glass sheets always in the same position, and which
starts up and stops the transfer always in the same position.
- Glass squaring and centring is carried out by belt system and
mechanical end-stroke, that gives to the transfer a zero position
with two reference points, one vertical and one horizontal (corresponding
to one of the corners of the glass, on the right or on the left
side of the conveyor, according to customer needs).
- Transfer with aerial structure, painted iron made, with suction
cups (made by specific material that keeps clean glass, no marking,
that doesn't ruin LOW E. or soft coated glass side) positioned in
right way to work different sizes through easy regulation; the movement
of the suction cup transfer is fast and precise, on horizontal thanks
to special guides and runners that eliminate oscillation, on vertical
thanks to lifting and falling system through motor and screws; suction
cups are divided in three sets, that start or stop to work automatically
through sensors, according to glass sizes.
- Double centring, picking and coupling system to laminate at the
same time two small glasses side by side; specific sensors control
this double mechanical stroke centring system; suction cups transfer
will pick at the same time the two glasses (already centred) and
put them on assembling section with big accuracy; the centring,
picking and coupling operation will be made more times according
to the number of glass sheets that we want to laminate in the same
glass sandwitch (multilayer lamination with two/ three/ four or
more glass sheets); this system increase a lot the production of
small glasses.
- The transport rollers of are equipped with OR rings in material
that does not leave marks on the glass surface.
